Key functions include maintenance and fuel management tools, supporting preventive and predictive maintenance, repair scheduling, parts inventory tracking, and monitoring fuel usage. Vendors should offer platforms that leverage AI-driven predictive maintenance and can integrate with telematics data to enhance performance optimization.
Additionally, the state requires safety solutions such as in-vehicle video systems, driver monitoring tools, incident detection technologies, and AI-powered analytics to increase safety, accountability, and driver training quality. The solicitation also covers mobility and optimization technologies, including advanced software for route optimization, AI-based dispatching, and integration with Mobility-as-a-Service (MaaS) platforms for shared or on-demand fleet operations. Solutions addressing electrification and sustainability management are also sought, with requirements for electric vehicle (EV) monitoring, battery health assessment, charging infrastructure management, and renewable energy integration.
