Brookhaven Science Associates, LLC (BSA) seeks to identify qualified vendors capable of providing a cloud-based fleet management system to support the management, compliance, and reporting requirements for a fleet of approximately 600-700 vehicles and equipment assets. The preferred solution is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform offering an integrated, centralized system for fleet operations, including asset management, preventive and corrective maintenance, work order tracking, inspections, reporting, and system integrations.

Key capabilities required include centralized asset lifecycle management, work order management with preventive maintenance scheduling by time and mileage, electronic Driver Vehicle Inspection Reports (DVIR) with digital signature support, and a native mobile application for field users to perform inspections, manage work orders, and upload documentation. The solution should also feature real-time reporting and analytics (covering maintenance costs, fuel usage, and asset utilization) and integration with GPS-based telematics and fuel management systems. A cloud-based architecture with role-based access and real-time data availability is essential.
