DESCRIPTION

The City seeks a vendor to provide a fleet management system capable of supporting fully integrated, data-driven platforms that deliver real-time insights, advanced scheduling, telematics, predictive maintenance, and improved communication with internal stakeholders. The solution must effectively manage the City’s fleet and meet regulatory as well as operational requirements.

The selected vendor will be responsible for training designated City representatives—such as system administrators, specialists, fleet management staff, clerks, coordinators, and users—on configuration, operation, report generation, system support, and basic maintenance. The implementation should modernize fleet operations by introducing automated workflows, real-time data access, and enhanced reporting.

Key objectives include improved asset management, utilization tracking, long-term capital planning, service transparency through dashboards and status updates, and mitigation of operational risk by replacing an unsupported legacy system.
