The service package must offer a comprehensive training program, featuring live webinar sessions (one seat per class), an annual one-on-one remote fleet health review consultation, unlimited technical support, 6 basic and 14 advanced training videos, and participation in an eight-part Ron Turley Seminar series. Additionally, the software should offer simultaneous data backups and various add-ons such as barcoding, dashboards, best practice resources, fuel or mileage interfaces, inspections, driver and mechanic reports, key performance indicators, image viewing, tool checkout, paperless shop functionality, accident management, road call tracking, and a fleet success scorecard.
