The government authority in Bronson, Michigan is seeking a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive fleet management, preventive maintenance, and repair services. The primary objectives of this contract are to control overall fleet maintenance costs, improve vehicle availability, and increase fleet operating efficiencies, including reducing capital expenditures for fleet assets.
Services required include scheduled preventive maintenance, remedial repairs, parts inventory acquisition and management, and other related school bus fleet management tasks necessary for maintaining effective and economical operation of the listed vehicles and equipment. The selected contractor will be responsible for performing necessary repairs, conducting road tests, correcting deficiencies, and collaborating with the transportation supervisor and business manager regarding school transportation issues.
This contract will be awarded for a two-year period.
