DESCRIPTION


The government authority in Cleveland, Ohio is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive fleet lifecycle management services. Service scope includes leasing and acquisition of a wide range of vehicles such as cars, light- and heavy-duty trucks, vans, specialty vehicles, electric vehicles (EVs), hybrids, hydrogen, and compressed natural gas vehicles. The selected provider will be responsible for vehicle preparation, preventive maintenance, repairs, warranty administration, and aftermarket customization—including emergency equipment and work-specific modifications.

Additional services required include EV fleet transition planning (fleet assessments, electrification roadmaps, and charging infrastructure consulting), vehicle remarketing, resale and disposal (auction, trade-in, and end-of-lease disposition), and provision of fleet management software and technologies (telematics, GPS tracking, analytics, and driver behavior monitoring). The vendor will also handle fuel card management and reporting, title and registration processing, accident management and safety programs, fleet rightsizing, sustainability consulting, and lifecycle cost analysis.

The contract will be awarded for a one-year term. All bidder questions are due by April 7, 2026.
