A government authority located in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania seeks a vendor to provide comprehensive flagging services. The scope includes temporary traffic control services such as traffic zone setup, job site flagging, lane closures, and detours for vehicles, bicycles, and pedestrians. The vendor is also responsible for the development of written traffic management plans according to Pennsylvania Department of Transportation Standards.
These services will be delivered on an 'as and when required' basis, available 24/7/365 for various job sites supporting road construction, utility work, park maintenance, and local emergencies.
