A vendor is sought to provide a comprehensive fixed asset inventory and asset management system for the District. Services include conducting a full physical inventory, tagging and verifying assets, collecting and reconciling asset data, and implementing an effective asset management system.
Responsibilities will cover locating, identifying, and verifying each asset across all District sites, scanning existing asset tags as applicable, and addressing missing, untagged, duplicate, or unrecorded assets. The vendor will be required to record all necessary asset data as defined by the agency, provide asset tagging and identification, manage data collection, perform reconciliation and data validation, and support financial reconciliation and audit processes.
Implementation of an asset management system is a key deliverable, ensuring all assets are accurately tracked and managed. The contract will span a three-year period. All inquiries regarding the project scope and requirements must be submitted by May 7, 2026.
