A government authority in Cleveland, Ohio is seeking proposals for the supply of fitness, exercise, and strength training equipment and related products, services, and solutions. The required equipment includes a comprehensive range of cardiovascular equipment (such as treadmills, various types of exercise bicycles, elliptical trainers, stair climbers and steppers, rowing machines, ski ergometers, air bikes, and cable-driven cardio machines), as well as strength and resistance training equipment (including free weights, weight plates, racks and platforms, strength machines, cable machines, functional trainers, and Smith machines).
Additional equipment sought covers functional training and conditioning tools (medicine balls, slam balls, resistance bands, battle ropes, suspension trainers, plyometric boxes, agility ladders, sleds, sandbags, and balance equipment), flexibility and recovery devices (stretching stations, foam rollers, massage guns, compression therapy, and mobility tools), group fitness and studio equipment (cycling bikes, yoga/Pilates gear, barre equipment, boxing and martial arts equipment), as well as facility and ancillary equipment like gym flooring, storage solutions, mirrors, signage, water bottle fillers, and towel dispensers.
The agency also requires associated services, including delivery and installation, equipment removal, space planning and facility design consulting, equipment assessment and maintenance, repairs, testing and calibration, staff and user training, and warranty programs. Technology and programming solutions such as smart-connected equipment, live or virtual fitness programming, fitness management software, wearable and device integration platforms, telehealth and remote wellness programs, and equipment leasing and financing options are also of interest. The contract is set for a one-year period.
