DESCRIPTION

The selected vendor will provide implementation partner services for the Fischer International Identity as a Service (IAAS) platform. Responsibilities include designing, building, testing, and deploying policies within Fischer IAAS to establish governance models such as role-based and attribute-based access control. The scope also covers policy creation for automating and managing account and identity lifecycles in compliance with institutional policies, along with developing workflows and automations to accurately determine and write custom active directory attribute values.

The vendor must develop custom user matching rules to address duplicate identities sourced from multiple authoritative data sources. Additionally, the implementation partner will identify and recommend product enhancements to align with institutional requirements, facilitating their development and incorporation into the Fischer IAAS solution. Extended hypercare during both implementation and integration is required to ensure business continuity for users and stakeholders.

The contract period is set for two years, and vendors are expected to submit questions by April 15, 2026.
