The government authority in San Mateo, California seeks a vendor to provide fiscal services focused on pass-through payment calculations for Successor Agencies (SAs). The selected vendor will be responsible for compiling and delivering the calculations for all relevant SAs, along with identifying any outstanding informational items, to the County by the 18th day of the month prior to the Redevelopment Property Tax Trust Fund (RPTTF) distribution or estimate due date.
The scope includes inputting RPTTF revenues based on agency-provided information, implementing required base year adjustments for AB 1290 pass-through payments, and entering assessed values by tax rate area for each project. Additionally, the vendor must perform true-up calculations by recalculating previous year AB 1290 pass-through amounts, utilizing updated K-12 ERAF entitlement data before each April estimate for the June RPTTF distribution.
Final pass-through payment calculations and amounts must be provided to the County in both Excel and PDF formats, with accompanying summary tables. The contract is set for a three-year duration, and all questions must be submitted by April 14, 2026.
