The government authority in Waterbury, Vermont seeks a vendor to develop and deliver a coordinated specialty care (CSC) program for individuals experiencing first episode psychosis. The selected vendor will finalize and operationalize the CSC program design, supporting the initial launch of a pilot team and enabling phased regional expansion across the state.
Responsibilities include engaging with community leaders and organizations to promote collaboration, developing operational supports for effective program delivery, and creating educational materials as well as training resources. The project aims to establish an innovative and comprehensive approach to psychosis care, with the first phase serving as a foundation for statewide implementation.
A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for March 19, 2026. The contract term will be for one year, and questions must be submitted by April 1, 2026.
