The City seeks proposals from vendors to produce and manage its annual 4th of July fireworks show.

Submit a detailed, all-inclusive lump sum price proposal for $25,000
Provide a fireworks show on July 4, 2026, from 9:45 PM for 16-20 minutes at Lincoln Park Practice Field Area
Use a variety of 3-5 inch shells, with a maximum 5 inch shell size and no ground-level effects
Provide a detailed breakdown and list of proposed shells
Allow a maximum of 5 professional grade multi-shot boxes
Demonstrate a minimum of 10 years of experience in firing shows
Provide at least three references for similar-sized events
Be responsible for all setup, takedown, and cleanup
Ensure all products, supplies, materials, and equipment are secured
Provide copies of all required licensing, notices, and permits by May 15
Comply with ADA and Colorado accessibility standards for all documents and deliverables
Adhere to all federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and ethical standards
Maintain confidentiality of non-public information
Certify no collusive actions, gratuities, kickbacks, or conflicts of interest
Comply with immigration laws and not discriminate in employment
Procure and maintain comprehensive insurance, including Commercial General Liability, Automobile Liability, and Workers' Compensation
Name the City as an Additional Insured on Commercial General Liability and Automobile Liability policies
Provide ACCORD Certificates of Insurance
Do not include State, County, Municipal, and Federal Excise Taxes in fees
Obtain exemption certificates for sales and use taxes
Furnish a completed W-9 form if new to business with the City
Disclose any legal proceedings, lawsuits, or regulatory actions
Key personnel are contractually committed and require City approval for changes
Deliverables must be complete, accurate, and professionally prepared
Acknowledge receipt of all addenda
