A Texas agency is seeking proposals from experienced vendors to deliver a professional, choreographed fireworks show display for a community event. The display must have a minimum duration of 15 minutes and not exceed 20 minutes, and should feature a diverse array of styles, patterns, and sound effects to ensure an engaging audience experience.
The show must be carefully synchronized with a music selection approved by the agency, and includes the use of 6-inch fireworks shells as part of the performance. Vendors are required to provide a flash drive containing the music selection that has been choreographed to the fireworks display. Availability for both the scheduled date and a designated backup date is essential.
Additionally, the selected contractor must coordinate with the agency for set-up, with the staging area available the day before the event, starting at 8:00 am. Security must be provided at the staffing area for the protection of equipment and product during both the pre-event set-up and the duration of the display.
