DESCRIPTION

The selected vendor will provide full-service fireworks displays for annual Canada Day and New Year’s Eve celebrations. The scope of work includes show design, obtaining necessary permits, safety planning, and supplying all required labor, equipment, and materials.

The vendor will also be responsible for firing the fireworks and executing all operational aspects, as well as ensuring proper post-event demobilization after each event. These two signature community events are attended by large public audiences each year. The contract period is set for three years, covering all related operations for both events over that timeframe.
