DESCRIPTION
The selected vendor will be responsible for providing comprehensive fireworks display services. This includes supplying water barges for firing the display, managing all logistics related to the placement and removal of barges from the water, and ensuring the safe handling and execution of the event.
The display itself must have a duration of at least 15 minutes but not exceed 20 minutes. A backup date for the event is scheduled for Sunday, August 9, 2026, and the contractor must be available on this date if needed. The show should incorporate a variety of styles, patterns, and colors, maintaining an engaging pace with no significant pauses between firings.
Additionally, the contractor is responsible for providing required security for all products and equipment throughout the setup period and during the display.
