A New Jersey agency is seeking a qualified vendor to provide and execute a large-scale fireworks display on Wednesday, July 1, 2026, with a rain date scheduled for Thursday, July 2, 2026, or the next clear evening as determined by the agency in the event of inclement weather.
The scope of services includes supplying, setting up, and launching a variety of fireworks, including 1 1/2" special effect shells (quantity 1200), 3" shells (quantity 120), 4" shells (quantity 32), assorted effect shells ranging from 30 mm to 60 mm, and multiple-shot cakes such as 100, 200, 400, and 600 shot variations. The display will feature impressive effects to provide a memorable experience for attendees.
Vendors should have proven experience in managing public fireworks events, adhere strictly to all safety regulations, and be able to coordinate with the agency regarding weather contingencies and event timing.
