DESCRIPTION
The selected vendor will provide all materials and labor necessary for a firework display show during the Independence Day celebration on Friday, June 26, 2026, with a rain date scheduled for Saturday, June 27, 2026. The fireworks display will launch between 9:00 pm and 9:30 pm, depending on sunset, and is expected to last between 25 and 30 minutes. The show must include at least 20 minutes of continuous firing for the main body and a five-minute grand finale.
Vendors are required to submit a detailed breakdown of the show, specifying shell size, type, the length of each series, a full description of the finale, and overall duration. Information about the firing system, including its make and model as well as system credentials, must also be provided. All logistical arrangements for timely arrival and adequate setup must be managed by the vendor. If the show is postponed to the rain date, the vendor will be responsible for the secure storage of fireworks and equipment. All questions related to this RFP must be submitted by March 13, 2026.
