Firewall Monitoring Solution

An organization in Saskatchewan is seeking a qualified vendor to provide a comprehensive firewall monitoring solution capable of supporting multiple environments and firewall vendors, including Cisco, AWS, Azure, Oracle, and GCP. The required solution will manage firewall instances across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments with the capacity to monitor up to 13 firewall instances initially.

Key responsibilities include tracking and monitoring firewall changes, issuing real-time alerts for events such as unauthorized access attempts or configuration changes, and integrating firewall data with Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) systems to enhance the overall security posture. In addition, the vendor will deliver ongoing security assessment, offer oversight for IT solution procurements, and provide information security advisory services.

Other duties encompass responding to security incidents, providing information security advice and guidance to various business areas, and facilitating information security education and awareness. The contract duration is three years, with pre-proposal conferences scheduled in advance for interested parties.
