The government authority in Colorado seeks vendors to provide comprehensive fire threat assessment services. The selected provider will develop a playbook featuring actionable strategies aimed at reducing the risk of wildfire disruption, specifically focused on transportation systems. This playbook will utilize generated analysis to establish a priority framework identifying where wildland fires pose the greatest operational risks.
