A government authority in Angel Fire, NM is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive construction services for a new fire station facility totaling 13,034 square feet. Architectural drawings for the project have been completed by Hartman + Majewski design group, and geotechnical, plat, and topographical surveys are finalized to support site development.
The scope includes assembly and installation of a designed prefabricated metal building (PEMB) kit, along with associated door, window, and insulation or vapor barrier packages. Additional responsibilities comprise construction staking, over-excavation, compaction, pad preparation, and all related site work. The selected contractor will work closely with an assigned fire project manager to oversee progress and maintain adherence to schedule, budget, and quality standards.
The contractor will also coordinate inspections across all trades to ensure compliance with applicable codes, and will be responsible for creating and managing a procurement budget for all required materials and services through the project's completion.
