The state of Georgia is seeking a vendor to provide a web-based fire investigations case management system. The solution should offer a centralized platform for tracking cases, logging evidence, and generating structured reports to ensure consistency and streamlined operations. The system must feature AI-driven report writing capabilities, automating the structuring of investigator inputs and scene data to increase efficiency and accuracy, while adhering to relevant state guidance on artificial intelligence usage.
Multi-user collaboration is essential, with support for concurrent investigations, at least 600 cases, and role-based access controls for team members. The platform should facilitate field use, enabling investigators to document and analyze fire scenes directly from mobile devices such as iPhones, iPads, and laptops. Automatic data syncing is required to prevent information loss and ensure that records remain up to date when working remotely.
Additional required features include a centralized case media library for storing photos, videos, and audio files, as well as integrated interview transcription services capable of accurately transcribing various audio formats into Word documents using AI. Secure, encrypted cloud storage is critical, with the solution providing at least 1TB of storage per year and the ability to scale storage as needed.
