A California-based agency is seeking a vendor to supply fire inspection software that includes a web portal, a mobile app, and hosting solutions. The preferred solution should be a commercially available off-the-shelf system requiring minimal or no additional software development, staff support, or training.
The system must feature a customizable online portal enabling business owners and occupants to resolve their own violations, as permitted by the violation type. Additional requirements include the ability for users to back up data to servers at any time (pending system availability), an iPad or Windows application compatible with current standard iPad devices, and sufficient data storage capabilities.
