DESCRIPTION

The project seeks a vendor to provide a fire incident reporting management platform and implement a National Emergency Response Information System (NERIS) solution. Key requirements include designing and developing standardized APIs that adhere to NERIS specifications, enabling the FIRMS Mobile App, FIRMS Portal, and vendor software to submit incident data to the FIRMS system.

The vendor will be responsible for creating an intuitive user experience for the NERIS Incident Intake workflow across both the OFIRMS Portal and Mobile App, including seamless UX/UI design for efficient and accurate capture of incident details in the required data formats. Comprehensive quality assurance testing must be conducted across all modules, including portal, mobile, and integration components.

Additional deliverables include the development of a new PDF layout for NERIS incidents, incorporating GIS integration through address geocoding, and the ability to seamlessly identify non-reporting departments using both datasets. The solution must also support API uploads or processes integrated within the current engage platform.
