DESCRIPTION


The city fire department is seeking a comprehensive software solution to support fire and life safety prevention activities. The desired system should facilitate the legal progression and documentation of fire inspections, manage the issuance and tracking of fire operational permits, receive and resolve public complaints, and track fire protection systems, including inspection and test reports.

Additional capabilities should include the issuance of correction notices and citations, management of fee schedules, invoicing, and payment processing. The required software must be commercially proven, highly configurable, secure, and supportable, with the objective of enhancing departmental efficiency, accuracy, transparency, and recovery of costs.
