Metropolitan Nashville Airport Authority
Organization overview and procurement intelligence available on paid plans.
The organization is seeking a vendor to provide financial planning and analysis software tailored for airport operations. The solution must include deployment and configuration of robust data models, planning templates, workflows, and stringent role-based security to support airport operating budgets, multi-year capital planning, workforce planning, and comprehensive revenue and expense forecasting across both aviation and non-aviation business units.
The vendor is required to design and implement audit-ready, automated data integrations with the organization’s ERP system and other airport platforms. These integrations must facilitate scheduled data refreshes, reconciliation tools, and ensure compliance with GCC data-handling requirements, while maintaining uninterrupted support for the latest Microsoft Excel, Microsoft 365, and related APIs.
Additionally, the platform must enable modern budgeting and forecasting through standardized templates and models that adhere to public-sector budget structures, support fund accounting, departmental submissions, scenario analysis, and driver-based planning based on operational metrics such as enplanements, parking demand, and utility usage. Advanced financial and operational reporting features are required, including variance analysis, departmental and capital project reporting, and executive dashboards. The system should also configure robust workflow and governance capabilities, encompassing submission, review, and approval processes to uphold public-sector accountability, complete with audit trails, task tracking, and transparent approval routing. Implementation services must cover project management, requirements gathering, solution design, testing, user acceptance, and go-live readiness.
