DESCRIPTION

The organization is seeking a vendor to provide financial planning and analysis (FP&A) software to replace its current FP&A platform. The required solution should be configurable and ready out-of-the-box, featuring a modern, intuitive user interface. A key component is the automated, API-driven integration with Jamis Prime ERP, allowing for elimination of manual flat-file uploads and ensuring daily synchronization of the data.

The software must have the capability to map internal chart-of-accounts structures to donor-specific reporting formats, accommodating various line-item requirements and bridging donor budgets with financial budgets. User-configurable detail rows within budget sheets should aggregate properly for consolidated reporting. Additionally, the system must support a robust, role-based security model, configurable user permissions, and be compatible with existing identity management infrastructure such as Active Directory, SAML-based SSO, and multi-factor authentication.

Required modules include workforce planning, enabling management of headcount, salaries, fringe benefits, and tax obligations at the employee or position level, with labor costs allocated to departments, programs, or grants. The platform should allow the Finance team to build custom analyses through a drag-and-drop ad hoc report builder without needing external consultants, and also deploy standardized reports such as budget vs. actuals, balance sheet, cash management, profit/loss, and donor-specific templates. The reporting capabilities must accommodate multiple external formats and support alternative hierarchies for both forms and reports.
