Financial Oversight and Management Systems

A vendor is sought to deliver integrated financial oversight and management systems for operations in New Hampshire. The required solution must include accounting software capable of managing financial transactions, budgeting, reporting, and general ledger functions, with the ability to integrate with other organizational systems and track multiple funding streams and cost centers. The system should enable oversight and control of contract expenditures for various programs and consultants, potentially incorporating purchase order capabilities.

Additionally, the solution must feature a payroll processing system for administering employee compensation, benefits, and associated reporting. A grants management system (GMS) is also needed to support the management of grant appropriations, disbursements, and compliance requirements. Core responsibilities will include budgeting and forecasting, maintaining accurate financial records, cash flow management, and generating timely reports for both management and the board. The platform should serve as a central repository for program-related financial data and detailed reporting on expenditures, balances, financial outlooks, areas of concern, opportunities, and recommended adjustments. The contract will be awarded for a one-year period.
