The software should offer secure, permission-based access to proprietary information and be both scalable and customizable to fit organizational needs. Security features should include the capability to temporarily disable user accounts after a set number of failed login attempts, as well as SSL-encrypted data transmissions. The solution must offer a full range of user-defined codes for deductions, electronic approvals, and electronic check signatures, along with clear stipulation of internal security mechanisms.
Key functionalities required include evaluation and tracking for employees across various groups or classes, with functionality to track class changes upon reaching specific milestones. The position control module should integrate seamlessly with human resources and budget management software. Additional features should include electronic timesheet submission and payroll integration, social security contribution reporting, and an integrated invoicing system.
