The government authority located in Salem, Oregon is seeking a vendor to provide financial management agent services. The selected contractor will be responsible for delivering payment services and administering payroll functions associated with the program or agency requirements.
Payroll administration must include all applicable components such as holiday pay, union dues, and employee benefits, and must comply with relevant labor agreements and employment laws. The vendor will also be required to develop and test, at least annually, a disaster recovery plan for electronic files, provide requested and standard reports as negotiated with the agency, and support ad hoc testing as needed.
