A city in Georgia is seeking a qualified vendor to provide a comprehensive Financial Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software solution. The system must support the city’s financial management (including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, grants, and budgeting), procurement, human resources, payroll, asset and fleet management, inventory management, and robust reporting, dashboards, and analytics capabilities.
The selected vendor will be responsible for the implementation, configuration, and data migration for the ERP, as well as user training and ongoing post-go-live support. The solution should be modern and scalable, with support for service-oriented architecture, specific web services standards (such as WSDL, REST, and JSON), server virtualization, and secure remote access technologies (including VPN and encryption). Integration with various third-party applications (e.g., banking, payment processing, court systems, GIS, and timekeeping) is required.
Vendors must present a detailed Project Management Plan addressing implementation methodology, timeline, milestones, dependencies, risk management, and communication protocols. The plan should include a defined support period following go-live for system stabilization, user support, and tuning, with the option for future optimization services. All vendor inquiries and questions regarding this opportunity must be submitted by February 6, 2026.
