DESCRIPTION

A government authority in Toronto, Ontario is seeking financial due diligence subject matter expert services in connection with a market offering and the disposition of a first development opportunity. The selected vendor will review financials for nominee and guarantor corporations, providing advice and input to structure proposal call submission materials to assess a proponent’s financial capacity to execute the proposed work.

Chartered professional accountants with expertise in reviewing both audited and private company financial statements are required.
