DESCRIPTION

The selected vendor will provide financial audit services to a government authority located in Charleston, South Carolina. Responsibilities include coordinating with each entity to physically observe interim and/or year-end inventories for fiscal years ending June 30, 2027 through 2031. Proposals must address current governmental and financial accounting and auditing standards.

Each auditee may seek assistance with optional professional services and technical issues from the awarded firm. The vendor will be required to submit both preliminary and final reports for the Financial Statement Audit, including an auditor’s opinion letter and a draft management letter, to the respective chief financial officer.

The contract period will last one year. Vendors are encouraged to submit questions by May 1, 2026. A virtual, non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on April 30, 2026.
