Describe nature of business, field of expertise, licenses, certifications, and accreditations
Provide business licenses, registration papers, and tax payment certification
Submit latest audited financial statement (income statement and balance sheet)
Provide track record with client list, contract scope, duration, value, and references for similar services
Submit quality certificates, patent registrations, and environmental sustainability certificates
Provide a written self-declaration of not being on UN Security Council 1267/1989 List, UN Procurement Division List, or other UN Ineligibility List
Key personnel must have a Bachelor's degree in a business-related field, full accountancy qualification, and more than five years of post-qualification audit experience
Proposals must include a signed cover page and a signed Representation of Transparency, Integrity, Environmental and Social Responsibility
Proposals must include a technical proposal detailing corporate capabilities, experience, past performance, client references, key personnel qualifications, technical approach, methodology, and work plan
Proposals must include a financial proposal using the provided template
Adhere to CI's Code of Ethics
Commit to high standards of ethics, integrity, and compliance with applicable laws, including prohibitions against trafficking in persons, child labor, forced labor, sexual abuse, exploitation, or harassment
Respect internationally proclaimed human rights
Respect and enforce environmental and social standards recognized by the international community, including ILO and environmental conventions
Not be in a state of bankruptcy, liquidation, or guilty of grave professional misconduct
Not have engaged in criminal or fraudulent acts in the last five years
Not have been involved in writing or recommending the terms of reference for this solicitation
Not have engaged in collusion or price fixing with other offerors
Not have made promises, offers, or grants to CI employees or government officials to unduly influence decisions
Not have taken action to limit or restrict access of other companies to the competitive bidding process
Have fulfilled obligations relating to social security contributions or taxes
Not provide material support or resources to individuals or entities involved in terrorist acts and comply with Counter-Terrorist Financing and Anti-Money Laundering laws
Neither the firm nor its directors, officers, key employees, or beneficial owners are included in any list of financial or economic sanctions, debarment, or suspension
