DESCRIPTION

A government authority located in Chino Hills, California is seeking financial advisory services to support debt management, capital financing strategies, and related financial matters. With the retirement of their long-term municipal advisor, the agency aims to establish a new relationship with a qualified firm to provide independent financial analysis and strategic guidance on debt issuance, financing options, and additional financial concerns as they arise.

The selected firm will deliver financial planning and analysis services, including evaluating potential financing strategies for capital improvement projects and other initiatives. Responsibilities will include providing long-range financial planning, debt capacity analysis, analyzing impacts of proposed financings, and recommending potential funding sources and financing options related to the Capital Improvement Program.
