The desired solution will encompass a range of modules, including payroll, property taxes, core finance and general ledger, financial reporting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, point of sale functionalities, and complete HRIS features.
The selected system should provide a comprehensive financial management platform with a robust general ledger supporting fund accounting and full audit trails. It should streamline accounts payable processes through advanced automation and offer tools for effective management of receivables, billing, collections, and customer account tracking. Additionally, the solution must include a Learning Management System (LMS) to assign and track training courses, manage certifications, and facilitate role-based learning paths, with automated notifications for deadlines and expirations. Centralized tracking and management of all employee employment data are also required to support efficient HR operations.
