DESCRIPTION
The selected vendor will provide comprehensive system integrator services for finance and human capital management, supporting the end-to-end implementation of Oracle Cloud ERP, EPM, HCM, and analytics solutions. Responsibilities encompass program and project management, functional implementation, technical integration, product configuration, third-party integration, risk management, data migration and validation, and reporting and analytics. Additionally, the integrator will manage security setup, roles assignment, change management, training, testing, deployment, go-live support, hypercare, and knowledge transfer.
Functional implementation areas include finance and budgeting, human resources, payroll, student information and lifecycle (including chart of accounts, graduate appointments, and financial aid), grants and research administration, procurement, supply chain, asset management, and analytics. The contract duration will be three years, with all vendor questions due by April 8, 2026.
