DESCRIPTION

The agency is seeking information regarding the acquisition and integration of an enterprise resource planning (ERP) system focused on finance, accounting, and procurement business processes. The goal is to move from a finance-centric legacy ERP to an enterprise-wide system that supports staff with improved efficiency and transparency.

The new ERP should be secure, offer mobile capabilities, and feature an intuitive, user-friendly interface to improve user adoption and productivity. Key requirements include self-service inquiry and dashboards for visibility into budgets, expenditures, contracts, requisitions, purchase orders, and invoices. The system should improve invoice processing through reduced manual entry, offer configurable workflows and digital approval marks, and integrate with third-party systems for efficient data exchange.

Additionally, the ERP is expected to have a centralized contract management module for tracking contract milestones and costs and streamline repetitive processes such as journal entries and fixed asset recording.
