DESCRIPTION
The selected vendor will provide comprehensive film processing, photo developing, and printing services for positive, negative, color, and black and white films across small, medium, and large formats. Required services include the production of photographic prints, digital media services such as scanning images to a file size equivalent to 8"x10" at 300 dpi (with file types determined per order), and other related photographic needs.
Additional services involve photo mounting on gator board up to 16x20 inches and negative scanning up to 4x5 inches. The contractor must also be capable of receiving and processing digital images, with access provided to a Microsoft 365 OneDrive account for file transfer. All work will be assigned on an as-needed basis, and the contract period will span three years.
Questions regarding the RFP must be submitted no later than March 26, 2026.
