Organization overview and procurement intelligence available on paid plans.
The organization is seeking consulting services to deliver a cloud-based proof of concept for migrating from FileNet to SharePoint Embedded, including the development of a functional web application and integration with existing enterprise systems. The vendor will design, develop, integrate, test, and document a WebApp—preferably built using React or other modern front-end technologies—that facilitates warehouse order submission, approval workflows, document archiving, and metadata search. Integration requirements include connecting the WebApp to Oracle EBS for inventory data, role validation, and order processing, and leveraging Microsoft Azure Document Intelligence or Azure Cognitive Services for intelligent document processing.
The solution must also demonstrate the feasibility of replacing the existing IBM DataCap and FileNet-based scanning solution with a Microsoft-based architecture. This proof of concept will showcase a web-based scanning solution that classifies, extracts, and validates documents using Azure Document Intelligence, exporting processed documents and metadata to SharePoint Embedded for secure storage, indexing, and retrieval. The scope includes providing a responsive UI with SSO login, workflow capabilities, robust document management, and all essential integration logic. Additional responsibilities include providing required access to test data and services, detailed documentation, and a walkthrough of the developed solution, along with the source code.
