Seeking a qualified vendor to supply and possibly install fiberglass reinforced sign posts in Texas.

Respondent must fill out, sign, and return the Texas Family Code Schedule
Respondent certifies eligibility to receive payment under Family Code §231.006

Each vendor employee or subcontractor employee with access to a TxDOT computer system or database must complete a TxDOT-approved cyber security training program
Vendor must purchase products and materials produced in the state of Texas when available at a comparable price and time
Vendor must have the necessary organization and facilities to fulfill all requirements
Personnel must be competent, knowledgeable, and experienced in the types of services provided
Vendor must correct work due to errors at no additional cost to TxDOT
Vendor must make information created or exchanged with the state available in PDF and HTML formats
Vendor must pay subcontractors the appropriate share of any payment received from TxDOT not later than the 10th day after receipt
Vendor and its subcontractors shall not discriminate on the grounds of race, color, national origin, creed, religion, political belief, sex, sexual orientation, age, or disability
Vendor shall utilize the United States Department of Homeland Security's E-Verify system for all persons employed to perform duties within the State of Texas or assigned to perform work within the United States of America
Vendor must provide all labor, material, and equipment necessary
All employees must be a minimum of seventeen years of age and experienced in the type of work
A minimum of one English-speaking employee must be on the job at all times
All employees must be well-groomed and appropriately dressed when on TxDOT property
Vendor must advise TxDOT of any felony criminal convictions of its employees
If subcontracting opportunities are probable, the respondent must include a HUB Subcontracting Plan (HSP)
