Festival Visual and Animation Services

The selected vendor will provide comprehensive visual and animation services for a festival in Ireland. Scope of work includes creative concept development and artistic direction, as well as the production of bespoke projection mapping animations tailored to the event's themes and venues. The provider will also be responsible for architectural lighting design and the creation of light-based immersive installations that enhance visitor experience.

The services encompass technical production planning, equipment provision, installation, rigging, and overall infrastructure delivery. Additional tasks include power distribution, technical integration, event safety planning and associated documentation, as well as site coordination and stakeholder engagement. Operational management is required during festival hours, along with the eventual de-installation and site restoration. The vendor must also support social media content creation and digital promotion efforts for the festival.
