The Federal Mediation and Conciliation Service (FMCS) is conducting market research to identify qualified firms capable of providing Application Development and Support Services (ADSS) to support the agency’s Microsoft 365 environment and related systems. The anticipated requirements encompass application development, system enhancements, ongoing operations and maintenance, as well as modernization support across a range of enterprise applications and platforms.
Vendors are invited to review the attached draft Statement of Work (SOW) and provide feedback to assist in refining the project scope and acquisition planning. FMCS seeks input to support the development of an Independent Government Cost Estimate and to determine the optimal acquisition strategy, including considerations for small business participation. It should be noted that this notice is strictly for market research and does not constitute a solicitation or a guarantee of contract award.
The agency is considering NAICS codes 541512 and 541519 and welcomes recommendations regarding the most appropriate code for this effort.
