DESCRIPTION

A consulting firm is sought to provide federal government relations consulting services. The selected firm will formally represent client interests before legislative, regulatory, and executive branches at the federal level.

Key focus areas will include, but are not limited to, regulation, fiscal policy (such as taxation and financial assistance), environmental protection, economic development, the utility industry's structure, as well as federal funding and grant opportunities. The selected vendor must have an office in the area and be able to advise on issues impacting regulatory and legislative priorities. The contract will be for a duration of one year.
