The selected vendor will curate and manage the farmers market, ensuring participation from local farmers and artisans, and organizing live entertainment to enhance the market experience. Promotion of the market through various channels is required, as is the organization of weeknight markets during peak production seasons. The vendor will also coordinate participation in citywide events such as Small Business Saturday and similar downtown promotional activities.

Additional responsibilities include seeking and managing sponsorship opportunities to support the market, with all sponsorship funds managed by the market manager. Technical assistance to ensure the overall success of the market is expected from the chosen vendor.
