DESCRIPTION


The selected vendor will provide comprehensive family engagement and outreach services designed to address and support the needs of families affiliated with the agency. Responsibilities include collaborating with workforce solutions to assess family needs, administering surveys to identify areas requiring the most support, and establishing professional development services tailored to those needs. The program will engage families in community events that provide resources, supportive services, and information relating to both immediate and long-term needs.

In addition, the vendor will offer consumer education to help families identify quality childcare options and strengthen community partnerships by delivering development programs, engagement activities, and supportive family services. Deliverables include the creation and distribution of a monthly newsletter, organizing and facilitating family learning activities, and gathering feedback and data from stakeholders such as childcare directors, staff, and enrolled or waitlisted families. The vendor will also facilitate training events, analyze the needs of families receiving or awaiting Child Care Scholarships, and implement service monitoring and evaluation through event tracking and post-event feedback surveys. The contract is anticipated to span one year.
