Loudoun County
Organization overview and procurement intelligence available on paid plans.
The county seeks a vendor to provide a comprehensive web-based false alarm management solution and associated services. This solution must facilitate false alarm tracking, billing, registration, and renewal for both residential and business properties within the county. The system should ensure secure access through Security Assertion Markup Language (SAML) 2.0 or Single Sign-on (SSO) and must be Systems and Organization Controls (SOC) 2 Type 2 compliant.
Upon implementation, the contractor is responsible for supplying all necessary details to establish an enterprise application or SSO, including identifiers, reply URLs, required claims, and other vital configuration information. The proposed system must feature data-at-rest encryption using Advanced Encryption Standard (AES-256) or above, and enable data export via any acceptable format for integration with the County Data Warehouse or other analytical environments. Browser compatibility with the current version of Microsoft Edge is required. The contract will be set for a five-year period.
