DESCRIPTION
The government authority in Wichita Falls, Texas is seeking a construction manager at risk to oversee and execute the falls renovation project. The scope encompasses upgrades and improvements to the manmade waterfall, landscaping, and surrounding trail.
Key elements include demolition of rock veneer and selective removal of dry-stack rock, replacement of the metal intake well and screen, and installation of new high-capacity pumps (3,600 gpm, 100–HP main pump and 50–HP recirculation pump) with associated piping, valves, and controls.
