The FactoryXChange platform is seeking a Platform as a Service (PaaS) eCommerce solution to support its marketplace operations for digital transformation service bookings throughout Ireland and Europe. The desired solution will optimize booking, payment, and fulfillment processes, while enhancing operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and scalability.
Currently, the platform operates with manual booking methods, spreadsheet-based inventory management, and fragmented communication workflows. The goal is to transition to a seamless, integrated PaaS solution that benefits end clients, service providers, and administrators alike. This contract is intended to have a duration of three years.
