DESCRIPTION


This RFP seeks a vendor to provide facility strategic communications support services for a global initiative. Responsibilities include developing a consolidated messaging and communications asset package, producing a core messaging framework for use across a wide range of partner entities—such as governments, industry stakeholders, finance actors, and philanthropic partners—and preparing versatile communication materials like talking points, narrative blurbs, elevator pitches, and FAQs that can be deployed across events and outreach.

The selected vendor will be tasked with building a complete brand suite, including logo development, a color palette, typography, digital and print application guidelines, and the creation of a visually coherent brand identity that aligns with core messaging and supports both political and technical communications. Engagement with partners and member states is required for feedback and buy-in regarding branding elements. The scope also includes designing branded templates for cross-platform use, accommodating co-branding where necessary, and developing promotional materials alongside a public-facing website landing page.
